All services that require payment will not be fulfilled until payment has been received. Any service provided by EHARNESS.com can be revoked at anytime if any financial obligation is incurred and not properly fulfilled by the party requesting that service. EHARNESS.com does not and cannot guarantee the continuous availability or access to it's site, and any individual using services provided by EHARNESS.com agrees not to hold EHARNESS.com liable for any site downtime or services lost due to any website interruptions. Any individual using the services of EHARNESS.com, including, but not limited to, viewing, and posting, agrees that they are using the services of EHARNESS.com at their own risk. It is the responsibility of a potential buyer to verify all necessary documentation and pertinent information before purchasing a horse posted on EHARNESS.com including, but not limited to, condition of horse, registration, breeding costs and responsibilities, and liens. EHARNESS.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. It is the responsibility of the person that posts a horse for sale to notify EHARNESS.com when that horse is no longer available to potential buyers, failure to do so, may lead to removal of that person's listing.

EHARNESS.com is not responsible for any content posted within the site that is provided by any outside source, including and not limited to, individual(s) selling their horse(s), third-party informational data, and advertisements.  EHARNESS.com does not guarantee any outside content provided to be true or accurate. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer(s) and viewer(s) to examine and determine the validity of all content listed within the site. EHARNESS.com reserves the right to edit and deny any information submitted, to be posted, for any reason, including, but not limited to, bad language, poor grammar, lack of understandability, and slander. EHARNESS.com reserves the right to remove any listing that shows an ownership change and USTA transfer date after the date of listing. EHARNESS.com reserves the right to not publish any listing updates to a listing and/or to the "Updates" page, if it is apparent a person is attempting to submit updates in order to establish multiple instances and/or higher position on the "Updates" page.

EHARNESS.com is only to be held responsible and liable for the amount collected for services provided.  EHARNESS.com is not responsible for any outside fees or legal actions resulting from any disputes between buyer(s) and seller(s) pertaining to horses listed herein.

All information collected by EHARNESS.com, including, but not limited to, name, address, e-mail address, and phone number(s), is solely used for the purposes of EHARNESS.com, and is not solicited or sold to any outside parties.
